Yes, we provide full turnkey for corporate apartments as well as timeshare resorts, hotels and student housing.

Do you offer liquidation services?
In most cases we can provide this service.

Is there financing available?
We have several finance companies that we are in partnerships with to help with lease to own or we have loans available from 10K to 5M.

Do you rent furniture?
No, we do not do short term rentals.

Can you handle space planning requests such as blueprints, etc?
Yes, for a fee we can provide blueprint drawings.

Will you service out of State?
Yes, 80% of our projects are out of state.

Can you handle resort restoration for lobbies and public areas?
We have a complete full turnkey staff available to handle resort restoration from suites to activity areas including public spaces.

Can you provide outdoor furniture?
Yes.

Can you provide CAD drawings?
Yes.

Can you provide office cubicals?
Office cubicals and complete office furniture is available.
